I had lunch with Tony Hall and his campaign manager this afternoon at h. brown's burrito salon, and told him "You've definitely got one of my three votes." Ranked-choice voting is for those whose loyalties and emotions are torn, you know, like deciding who is your BFF and your second-best BFF and your third-best BFF. It really depends on one's mood.
